Ingredients

  • 1 cup feta cheese crumbed
  • ¼ cup cream cheese
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 1 Tbsp fresh rosemary finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a blender, combine the crumbled feta cheese, sour cream, balsamic vinegar, honey, rosemary, and minced garlic. Blend until all the ingredients are fully incorporated.
  • Drizzle in the olive oil, stirring continuously, until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Add salt and black pepper to taste.
  • Transfer the feta dip to a serving bowl, and drizzle a little extra balsamic glaze and olive oil over the top, and serve.
