Rosemary Balsamic Whipped Feta Recipe

- 1 cup feta cheese crumbed
- ¼ cup cream cheese
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 1 Tbsp fresh rosemary finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
In a blender, combine the crumbled feta cheese, sour cream, balsamic vinegar, honey, rosemary, and minced garlic. Blend until all the ingredients are fully incorporated.
Drizzle in the olive oil, stirring continuously, until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Add salt and black pepper to taste.
Transfer the feta dip to a serving bowl, and drizzle a little extra balsamic glaze and olive oil over the top, and serve.
