Crispy Baked Chicken Wings Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1/2 cup hot sauce such as Frank's RedHot

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
  • Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss to coat them evenly in the flour mixture.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the wings on the sheet in a single layer.
  • Bake the wings in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until they're crispy and cooked through.
  • While the wings are baking, prepare the sauce by mixing the melted butter and hot sauce in a bowl.
  • Once the wings are done, remove them from the oven and transfer them to a large mixing bowl.
  • Pour the sauce over the wings and toss to coat them evenly.
  • Serve the wings immediately with your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy!
