- 1 8-10 oz. sirloin filet mignon, or ribeye steak
- Olive oil for grilling
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup crumbled gorgonzola cheese
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- salt and black pepper to taste
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
Season the steak with salt and black pepper to taste.
Preheat a grill or grill pan over high heat. Brush the steak with olive oil and grill to desired doneness.
