- 2 ripe bananas peeled and sliced
- 1 tablespoon almond nut butter
- 1 tablespoon macadamia nut butter
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon honey adjust to taste
- 1 cup cold water or almond milk for a creamier texture
Peel and slice the bananas.
In a blender, combine the sliced bananas, almond nut butter, and macadamia nut butter.
Add ground cinnamon and drizzle honey over the ingredients in the blender.
