  • 2 ripe bananas peeled and sliced
  • 1 tablespoon almond nut butter
  • 1 tablespoon macadamia nut butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon honey adjust to taste
  • 1 cup cold water or almond milk for a creamier texture

Instructions

  • Peel and slice the bananas.
