- 1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 8-ounce tub whipped cream, thawed
- 1 9-inch prepared graham cracker crust
- Optional toppings: whipped cream chopped peanuts, chocolate chips
In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
Add the powdered sugar, peanut butter, vanilla extract, and salt to the bowl, and beat until well combined.
Fold in the whipped cream until the mixture is light and fluffy.
Pour the filling into the prepared graham cracker crust and spread it evenly.
