Ingredients

  • 1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 8-ounce tub whipped cream, thawed
  • 1 9-inch prepared graham cracker crust
  • Optional toppings: whipped cream chopped peanuts, chocolate chips

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  • Add the powdered sugar, peanut butter, vanilla extract, and salt to the bowl, and beat until well combined.
  • Fold in the whipped cream until the mixture is light and fluffy.
  • Pour the filling into the prepared graham cracker crust and spread it evenly.
  • Chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least 2-3 hours or until set.
  • Serve chilled, and if desired, garnish with additional whipped cream, chopped peanuts, or chocolate chips.
