Ingredients

  • 1 cup mixed berries fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 cup yogurt any kind
  • 1/2 cup milk any kind
  • 1 Tbsp honey or preferred sweetener
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes optional

Instructions

  • Rinse and drain the berries.
  • Place berries, Greek yogurt, milk, honey, and ice cubes (if using) into the blender.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy. Add more milk for a thinner consistency.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
