Mixed Berry Smoothie (Without Banana)

- 1 cup mixed berries fresh or frozen
- 1/2 cup yogurt any kind
- 1/2 cup milk any kind
- 1 Tbsp honey or preferred sweetener
- 1/2 cup ice cubes optional
Rinse and drain the berries.
Place berries, Greek yogurt, milk, honey, and ice cubes (if using) into the blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy. Add more milk for a thinner consistency.
Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
