Mango Lassi Recipe (Indian Mango Smoothie)

This Mango Lassi recipe features ripe mangoes, velvety yogurt, and a hint of aromatic spices for a rich and fruity, tropical yogurt drink. It’s easy to make, and is ready in under 5 minutes!

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe mangos peeled and diced
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2-3 tablespoons honey adjust to taste
  • Ice optional
  • Cardamom powder optional
  • Mango slices optional
  • Ground cinnamon optional
  • Chopped pistachios optional

Instructions

  • Peel and dice the ripe mangos, ensuring you remove the pit.
  • In a blender, combine the diced mango, Greek yogurt, milk, and honey.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • If the lassi is too thick, add more milk and blend again until desired thickness is reached.
  • Taste and adjust honey or any other ingredient if needed, blending briefly after adjustments.
  • Refrigerate the Mango Lassi for at least 30 minutes or serve immediately over ice for a refreshing chill.
  • Garnish with a slice of mango or a sprinkle of ground cardamom for a spicy hit.
