Mango Lassi Recipe (Indian Mango Smoothie)
This Mango Lassi recipe features ripe mangoes, velvety yogurt, and a hint of aromatic spices for a rich and fruity, tropical yogurt drink. It’s easy to make, and is ready in under 5 minutes!
- 2 ripe mangos peeled and diced
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2-3 tablespoons honey adjust to taste
- Ice optional
- Cardamom powder optional
- Mango slices optional
- Ground cinnamon optional
- Chopped pistachios optional
Peel and dice the ripe mangos, ensuring you remove the pit.
In a blender, combine the diced mango, Greek yogurt, milk, and honey.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
If the lassi is too thick, add more milk and blend again until desired thickness is reached.
Taste and adjust honey or any other ingredient if needed, blending briefly after adjustments.
Refrigerate the Mango Lassi for at least 30 minutes or serve immediately over ice for a refreshing chill.
Garnish with a slice of mango or a sprinkle of ground cardamom for a spicy hit.
