  • 1 teaspoon anchovies, mashed optional
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and anchovies (if using) until smooth.
