Easy Salami Egg And Cheese Sandwich

- 2 slices bread
- 1-2 Tbsp butter
- 4 slices salami or 8 small slices
- 1 egg
- ¼-½ cup cheese grated
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Slice the salami if necessary, add butter to a non-stick pan or skillet over medium-low heat.
Add the salami and fry on both sides until lightly browned.
Remove from the pan, and set aside.
Grate, shred or slice the cheese, and set aside.
Add more butter to the pan and fry the egg to your preference. Add salt and black pepper to taste. Remove from the pan and set aside.
Add more butter to the same pan, and once melted, lay out 2 slices of bread in the pan, swirling them around to absorb as much of the butter as possible.
Load 1 of the bread slices with the grated cheese, cooked salami slices, fried egg, and season with salt and black pepper if needed.
Allow the bread to fry until the cheese starts to melt.
Close the sandwich with the second slice of fried bread, and press down firmly to seal the sandwich.
Flip the sandwich and fry for another minute or two, or until dark golden brown.
Remove from the pan and serve hot.
