Easy Peanut Sauce (For Dipping)

- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger grated
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/4 teaspoon chili flakes or 1 teaspoon chili sauce
- Warm water or coconut milk optional, for thinning
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the peanut butter, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, lime juice, minced garlic, grated ginger, honey, and chili flakes until well combined.
If the sauce is too thick, add warm water or coconut milk, 1 tablespoon at a time, until you reach your desired consistency.
Taste and adjust the seasonings as needed, adding more honey or chili flakes for sweetness or heat.
Transfer the sauce to an airtight container and refrigerate until ready to use.
Stir well before serving.
