This easy 5 ingredient corn casserole recipe is a simple classic, comforting baked corn dish made with Jiffy mix.

Ingredients

  • 1 can 15.25 oz whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 can 14.75 oz cream-style corn
  • 1 package 8.5 oz Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1/2 cup 1 stick unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup sour cream

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the whole kernel corn, cream-style corn, Jiffy corn muffin mix, melted butter, and sour cream. Mix well.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
