This easy 5 ingredient corn casserole recipe is a simple classic, comforting baked corn dish made with Jiffy mix.
- 1 can 15.25 oz whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 can 14.75 oz cream-style corn
- 1 package 8.5 oz Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1/2 cup 1 stick unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup sour cream
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the whole kernel corn, cream-style corn, Jiffy corn muffin mix, melted butter, and sour cream. Mix well.
Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
