Ingredients

  • 6 large hard-boiled eggs peeled
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • Chives chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Cut the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise and scoop out the yolks into a small mixing bowl.
