- 8 ounces about 225g pasta
- 1 block of feta cheese about 8 ounces or 225g
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional, for a bit of heat
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Baby spinach as much as you like
- Fresh parsley chopped, for garnish
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
