- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 2 tablespoons Chili & Lime spice blend Tajín Clásico or similar
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon celery salt
- 1 teaspoon Mexican oregano
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
