Brownie Recipe Without Chocolate

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan and set aside.
  • In a medium-sized saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Once melted, remove the pan from heat and stir in the sugar until well combined.
  • Add the eggs one at a time, stirring well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
  • Bake the brownies for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Allow the brownies to cool completely before slicing and serving.
