In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, mayonnaise, onion, garlic, salt, black pepper, paprika, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, chopped herbs, egg, and bread crumbs or almond flour. Mix well to combine all the ingredients.
Divide the mixture into four equal portions and form each portion into a patty.
Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
Brush the burgers with olive oil or spray with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
Grill the burgers for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked through.
While the burgers are cooking, prepare the toppings. Toast the buns or prepare the lettuce leaves. Top with lettuce leaves, sliced tomato, and sliced avocado.
When the burgers are fully cooked, place them on top of the prepared buns or lettuce leaves.
Serve the burgers hot with additional mayonnaise, ketchup, or mustard.
